Responsibilities:
Fundraising committee works to generate the resources needed to help insure the financial stability of the chapter. We do this through various ways that include raffles, donations/ sponsorships, sales of the upcoming discount booklet, partnerships with various businesses, and AKPsi hosted events. Through fundraising one develops critical skills in communications, networking, and ingenuity.
The Director of Fundraising oversees all of the activities within the committee and carries the responsibility of being the face of the committee. The director is also in charge of delegation and to continually improve and strengthen the resources available to the chapter.
Currently Fundraising committee is working on reaching out to campus and the business we are surrounded by; here are just a few projects that you can look forward to seeing from Fundraising Committee:
