Experience: I shadowed a company's consultant. I was able to go with him and a investor on their trip to China to meet various company executives and to tour various company manufacturing plants. This experience allowed me to practice professional communication as well as see how company leaders act. I have lived extensively in both Canada and Taiwan which has helped me learn to work with people of various backgrounds and culture.

Committee Description: The Goals of the Professional Committee is to help provide professional development for the Fraternity. Profesional Committee also deals with activities related to professionalism such as letters for sponsorships or networking events.
Learning Experience: Currently, Brothers will gain actual professional development within the committee from activities such as
1. public speaking skills
2. actual cold calling companies
3. researching and sharing weekly news letters.
The learning experience for each quarter is different as the committee caters to the needs of the Fraternity.
Goals and Activities:
1. Public Speaking: To further help Brothers get comfortable with public speaking.
2. Cold Calling Experience. This is part of a joint-event with Fundraising Committee to obtain sponsors from various local companies
3. Weekly News: To help keep Brothers up-to-date with what is happening around the world.
4. Potential Company Tours:
- Microsoft Tour
- Boeing Tour
- Nike Headquarters
5. Leadership training based on the famous book "How to Win Friends & Influence People"
