Responsibilities: As the Vice President of Membership, I am responsible for seeking out potential new members for the Gamma Omega Chapter as well as maintaining the bond that current members share. This position also involves planning all pledge classes and activities, as well as organizing membership growth nights, retreats and bonding activities.
Long Term Goals: Spring & Fall Pledging - Membership Growth Nights - Membership Retreat Fall Quarter - Alumni/ Current Member Mentor Program. During this next year, I will be focusing on seeking out students that will provide the Gamma Omega chapter at Seattle U with unique experiences and new ideas, while continuing the passion and dedication we, as a chapter have for professional development and education in our respective majors. I will also be planning Membership Growth Nights and Membership Retreats to continue to build the strong relationships that are within this chapter. Finally, I want to work closely with the Vice-President of Alumni Relations to create a mentor program with successful Alumni in the rea as well as with current members.

Long Term Goals: Spring Banquet - Alumni Happy Hours - Working with the Seattle Alumni Chapter - Greater Alumni Involvement. Over the course of the next year, I plan to increase alumni involvement by planning activities and events catered towards alumni's interests. I also plan to send out quarterly emails to alumni making them aware of all of our events, including social, professional and service, in order to involve them with our current Brothers. I also plan to facilitate a greater involvement of Gamma Omega within the Seattle Alumni Chapter, so that when our student Brotherss graduate they will feel comfortable actively participating in a chapter they are familiar with.

Long Term Goals: Increase attendance at all Alpha Kappa Psi events including General Business Meetings. During my term as the Vice President of Performance, I would like to increase the communication between Performance and the committee directors. I also want to begin a quarterly Alumni Newsletter to keep Alumni up to date with the current chapter. Lastly I would like to establish an Alumni section to our Gamma Omega Website, which will allow Alumni to utilize our online resources and create an Alumni database of profiles for networking.

Long Term Goals: My goal for this quarter is to put in place a new coffee machine in the Piggott Building and have it operational by Fall 2010. Furthermore, as a member of this year's E-board I want to make sure profits are either being maintained or increased. I want to constantly look for new opportunities to gain more money for the fraternity. On the internal side, I want to continue to help foster the sense of Brotherhood that has been built up during my time as a brother.

Long Term Goals: During my time as Treasurer, I want to make more internal controls for the fraternity's finances, including a check on any money transaction that happens, including if I or a future Treasurer needs to write a check for him or herself, he or she needs to have someone else sign it as well.
